Package Your Items
Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
